Orl. II, 4; 6 המְדַמֵּעַ; a. fr.Ter. III, 1 אינה מְדַמַּעַתוכ׳ does not make Dema by itself (if mixed with secular fruits). Ib. 2 אינה מְדַמַּעֲתָן does not make them dema; מְדַמְּעֹות כקטנהוכ׳ make dema, the smallest of the two being considered as an admixture; a. fr.Part. pass. מְדוּמָּע. Ib. V, 6 אין המדומע מדמעוכ׳ that which became subject to the law of Trumah through an admixture, can affect a second mixture only in proportion, i. e. according to the quantity of real Trumah contained therein. Ḥag.III, 4 wine jars or oil jars המְדוּמָּעֹות which have been mixed up; expl. ib. 25b מד׳ דקדש containing liquids, a portion of which was, designated for libations.
